Crushly Child Safety Agreement

Crushly – Dating & Social ("Crushly") is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not designed for, or available to, minors. We are committed to protecting children from online sexual abuse, exploitation, and other forms of harm. Crushly maintains a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and prohibits the use of its services to endanger children. These standards apply to user profiles, messages, uploaded content, interactions, and any other use of the platform.

I. Platform Child Safety Management Rules

  1. Adult-only access. Crushly is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. Minors must not register for or use its dating and matchmaking services. Suspected underage accounts may be restricted or removed in accordance with applicable requirements.
  2. In-app reporting and safety concerns. Users are encouraged to report suspected child safety violations, abusive content, inappropriate contact, or other safety risks through the in-app reporting or feedback channel or the contact information listed below.
  3. Protection of personal information. Users must not seek, disclose, exploit, or circulate a minor's private information for abusive, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful purposes. Any handling of personal information related to a child safety report must comply with applicable law.
  4. Prohibited exploitation. Any attempt to groom, solicit, sexually exploit, threaten, coerce, blackmail, traffic, or arrange sexual contact with a minor through Crushly is strictly forbidden, as is the creation or distribution of CSAM.
  5. Content and interaction safeguards. Crushly may evaluate reported content and user conduct, remove or restrict harmful material, and apply account-level enforcement actions according to the nature and severity of the violation.
  6. Non-circumvention. Users must not use third-party links, coded language, off-platform invitations, or other means to evade these child safety rules or facilitate prohibited conduct.
  7. Cooperation with authorities. Where required or permitted by applicable law, Crushly will take appropriate steps to preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with competent law enforcement or child protection authorities.

II. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

1. Definitions and Scope

CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers anyone under the age of 18. It includes child grooming, sexual solicitation, sexual extortion (sextortion), sexual trafficking, and attempts to obtain or exchange sexual imagery involving minors. CSAM refers to visual material depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including photographs, videos, and computer-generated imagery, as recognized under applicable law and relevant platform policies.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content and Conduct

Crushly strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, transmitting, sharing, requesting, promoting, selling, purchasing, linking to, or facilitating access to CSAM through the platform. Users must not use profiles, text messages, images, videos, video calls, or other features to sexualize a minor, solicit sexual content from a minor, arrange sexual exploitation, or direct others to such material. These rules apply to actual and attempted misconduct, including the use of deceptive identities or off-platform links to facilitate exploitation.

3. Child Protection and Age Restrictions

Crushly is an adult-only dating service. Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or participate in dating and matchmaking features. If a user appears to be underage or an account presents a credible child safety risk, the platform may restrict access, review the account, and take appropriate protective action.

4. Reports, Review, and Removal of CSAM

When Crushly receives a report or otherwise obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or CSAE, it will assess the concern and take appropriate action without undue delay. Confirmed prohibited material will be removed or access to it disabled in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, Crushly may suspend or terminate involved accounts, restrict relevant functions, and take measures to reduce repeated violations.

5. Evidence Preservation and Reporting to Authorities

Where legally required or appropriate, Crushly will preserve relevant records securely for lawful investigation and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, as applicable. Crushly will cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and competent child protection agencies. Evidence will be handled with restricted access and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

6. Reporting Guidance and User Safety

If a user encounters suspected CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or a person believed to be under 18 using the service, the user should report the concern using the in-app reporting or feedback channel or email customer@feizhicaicommerce.com with the subject "Child Safety Report." Include relevant non-sensitive details, such as a username, profile identifier, approximate time, and description of the concern. Do not download, forward, repost, or redistribute suspected CSAM. If a child faces an immediate threat, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.

7. Enforcement and Confidentiality

Child sexual abuse and exploitation are grounds for immediate protective measures and, where warranted, permanent account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities. Reports and related personal information will be reviewed only by authorized personnel and shared with competent authorities where required or permitted by law. No exception is made for content framed as a joke, role-play, or private conversation when it endangers or exploits a child.

III. Channels for Reporting Illegal Content and Behaviors

Users who identify suspected CSAE, CSAM, child grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, underage accounts, or other threats to a child's safety should promptly use the reporting or feedback mechanism made available within Crushly. Reports may also be submitted to the customer service email listed below. Reports should provide sufficient context for review without reproducing or circulating illegal material. Crushly will assess credible reports and take action consistent with this Agreement and applicable law.
