Our platform strictly abides by Google Play's child safety compliance specifications, fully complies with global minor protection laws, regulations and industry self-discipline standards, and strictly fulfills all responsibility obligations for protecting minors' network security and legitimate rights and interests.

The platform implements an absolute zero-tolerance policy and rigorous penalty system for child sexual abuse materials (CSAM/CSAE), juvenile exploitation behaviors, and all illegal and non-compliant acts that damage minors' physical and mental health or threaten their personal and network safety. We will conduct comprehensive investigation, thorough rectification and complete elimination of all behaviors that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of minor users.

I. Platform Child Safety Management Rules

  6. The platform has established a dual-mode content review system combining intelligent system automatic screening and professional manual secondary review, with 24-hour real-time dynamic monitoring of platform content and user interactions, which can timely discover and delete harmful and illegal content that endangers minor safety.
  7. To maintain a healthy and minor-friendly online ecosystem, users are not allowed to create, depict, discuss or spread any text, images, chat records and related topics involving the vulgarization and inappropriate humanization of minor groups.
  8. All content that violates the platform's child safety management standards will be immediately removed and permanently deleted. Users who violate the regulations will be subject to permanent account suspension punishment, fundamentally eliminating the hidden dangers of repeated violations.
  9. Once any criminal illegal behavior involving minor safety is verified on the platform, we will take the initiative to report the case in accordance with applicable laws and fully cooperate with public security organs, minor protection non-profit organizations and regulatory authorities at all levels in evidence collection, case handling and subsequent rectification work.

The platform will complete rapid verification of all reports, severely punish all violation behaviors, and realize full closed-loop handling of all report cases.
