When you complete the whole account registration process, log in to the Crushly application successfully, or use any network service functions and social service resources provided by the Crushly platform, you shall be deemed to have fully read, thoroughly understood and voluntarily recognized and accepted all the terms of this official Terms of Service and the supporting Platform Privacy Policy. You agree to strictly abide by all the service rules and management regulations stipulated in this agreement, and all your platform usage behaviors are subject to the unified management and restriction of the Crushly platform. If you refuse to accept any clause of this agreement, you must immediately stop all use behaviors of this application and all platform related services.
In case that any registered user violates any rule and clause of this Terms of Service, provides false, untrue and forged personal registration information, or uses the Crushly platform to carry out illegal acts, violation operations and non-compliant behaviors, our platform reserves the absolute right to take disposal measures including temporary account freezing, service function restriction, permanent account closure and thorough termination of platform access rights at any time. All the above disposal measures can be implemented without prior notice to the user and without any economic compensation or liability undertaking.
During the use of all service functions and social interaction services of the Crushly application, all users must strictly abide by national and local relevant laws, administrative regulations and all standardized management rules officially issued by the platform. Any illegal and improper behaviors prohibited by laws and platform regulations are not allowed to occur on the platform:
All core functional services, social interaction modules and exclusive privilege services of the Crushly platform are exclusively provided for adult users aged 18 and above. Only users who meet the legal adult age standard can complete account registration and normal login, and obtain the full use qualification of all functional services of the application.
Crushly is a professional social platform exclusively serving adult user groups, and minors under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from registering accounts and using any platform services. The platform always adheres to the operation principle of minor protection, strictly complies with Google Play Child Safety Standards and relevant national minor protection regulations to carry out standardized operation management.
Part of the advanced exclusive functions and high-quality privilege services of the Crushly application are set as premium paid services, which can be activated and used by users through official subscription or in-app payment purchase. All paid membership subscription services of the platform adopt automatic renewal mode by default.
If users do not actively cancel the automatic renewal service at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current billing cycle, the system will automatically renew the membership service with the same service contents and privilege standards as the current cycle.
All user payment transactions on the Crushly platform are uniformly processed through the official Google Play payment channel. For the purpose of protecting user payment privacy and fund security, the platform will not collect, record or store any sensitive payment information of users. Users can independently complete the management, adjustment and cancellation of membership subscription and automatic renewal settings through their personal Google Play account settings page.
All interface design works, graphic and text materials, trademark logos, brand elements, program source codes and all original creative content of the Crushly application belong to the exclusive intellectual property of Crushly, and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Without formal written authorization from the platform, no third party may copy, modify, reprint or commercially use the above exclusive intellectual property content.
Users fully own the intellectual property rights of all original content they publish on the platform. Meanwhile, users grant Crushly a non-exclusive, global and legally valid license to store, display, disseminate and use the user's published content, so as to support the daily operation and stable service maintenance of the platform.
The Crushly platform only provides professional online social technical support and functional service services for users, and does not undertake any substantive responsibility for user offline interactions. All user online interactions, personal disputes and behavioral consequences occurring on the platform shall be independently borne by the users themselves, and the platform shall not bear any joint and several legal liabilities.
Each user is solely responsible for protecting their personal account security, private information confidentiality and personal data safety. All risks, disputes and legal liabilities arising from offline social activities and offline meetings derived from platform online communication are completely unrelated to the Crushly platform, and the platform does not bear any relevant legal liability.
The formulation, performance, interpretation of this Terms of Service and the settlement of all related service disputes and legal controversies shall be subject to the effective laws and regulations of the region where the Crushly application is officially released and operated.
